This is a really easy process. for this Example I'm replacing your traditional Fluro tubes and their starters, not removing the ballast. As removing the ballast doesn't make your LED conversion consume less electricity. Turn off the power Turn old Fluro tube 90* and Slide out Locate Starter the can be on the side or under the tube or even in the roof cavity of the unit Once located twist and pull Replace the Starter with the new LED starter bu inserting and twisting Slide new LED Fluro tubes using the two pins and rotate 90* (insure the internal reflector is facing up as to...

We should not use Watts any more to compare two led products. Among other factors, the main thing to compare is their respective lumen outputs. Each LED product will have a lumen number e.g. 800, the greater this number the brighter the light. I am always having customers question that they want a higher wattage, or that they can get a higher watt for half the price. Yet when i respond with "fantastic, may i compare their lumen output (the unit of brightness) per watt" I'm left with a "What ....umen?" Watts have nothing to do with how bright a light...
